Monterno Tragoudi
Full title of this music monthly is ΜΟΝΤΕΡΝΟ ΤΡΑΓΟΥΔΙ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΛΕΟΡΑΣΙΣ
= Modern Song and Television
“Elliniko Tragoudi” (in the Greek language, meaning “Greek Song”) magazine started in the late 1950s, as a small pamphlet, centering on lyrics to then-current local hits. Later on, there was a sister version of the magazine slightly larger and thicker, than the original and added some feature articles, which was called “Monterno Tragoudi” (“Modern Song”) and also started featuring famous recording artists from the UK, USA and France. This also includes “phonetic Greek” versions of the French/English language songs. (Worthopedia)
