Pop Hebdo
"Pop Hebdo (Pop Weekly) was founded in the summer
of 1975 and lasted a bit more than one year only. We had time
to publish a special issue around the Rolling Stones Tour of
1976 (we followed them in Frankfurt for the first show and were
just printed for the Paris concerts...). Unfortunately, the
man with the money (no so much in fact) was bankrupted and suddenly
disappeared... We were unable to get back to our office and
left everything... even out typewriters... End of the story
for us but lots of memories and the feeling to have been in
the middle of something when we had to..." (Christian-Luc
Parison, editor-in-chief of Pop Hebdo, to afka.net
in February 2012)
