The first test issue of Traps debuted September 8, 2006 and featured Max Roach on the cover. Traps - "The Art of Drumming" was published by Enter Music Publishing, publishers of diverse drum/percussion magazines worldwide. Traps had three issues in 2007, four in 2008 and one in 2009.
