I think that the source for this drawing was based on this photo ( see below). See FZ's face & hair, very similar to the "Cat Cow" drawing.

Originally it had to be taken around Oct. 12, 1968, when they performed at the Konzerthaus in Vienna, Austria. This clipping belongs to "Ten Years On The Road With Frank Zappa and The Mothers Of Invention" book.

The origin of this print is unknown. We appreciate any information you could provide. Please email to afka at afka.net
