Satiric weekly magazine La Pomme (The Apple) was founded by Rolf Kesselring in Yverdon in 1969. The publication collapsed in the spring of 1971, after twenty-three issues and some legal problems. In July 1973, after a two-and-a-half-year absence, La Pomme returned, proclaiming itself "the most episodic of Swiss dailies". This new version includes five published issues.
