Tiffany started as a girl magazine in July 1972. There were also comics in the magazine. However, after a short time, in 1973 the German Hans Hatwig became editor of Tiffany, which was then converted into a purely idol magazine and mainly came to include pictures of famous pop and rock artists, with the magazine marketing itself as "Sweden's largest pop magazine".
